The irony of this is that the screen was replaced by asurian insurance and rhen the phone went into its original box to be shipped to usell. There was not one scratch on the screen. I did end up receiving the original offer after sending several emails and offering to send my receipt for the screen replacement right before it was shipped, otherwise I would leave one star. If you don't want to offer money for phones in flawless condition, you should not list that as an option. The phone I sent was completely flawless and any statement saying it wasn't was a complete fabrication. ” READ LESS
