“Bait & switch? Accepted an offer of $821. 17 days after receiving the iPhone, uSell dropped the offer to $682, stating "Your buyer [uSell.com] also noted that: Your device had numerous deep scratches on its screen." I had shipped the iPhone in flawless condition (it had NO noticeable scratches of any sort on it) and very well protected, so it was either damaged during unpacking, swapped by the buyer for a different, damaged device, or an excuse was synthesized to justify a lower offer (in those 17 days, a new iPhone model was announced, dropping market prices on existing devices). Even this reduced offer was the best available (following the iPhone 15 announcement, although it was lower than other good-condition offers had been at the time of shipment), so I accepted to cut my losses — but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm now less likely to use uSell the future.” READ LESS

“Honestly, I was significantly disappointed with the $3 price they offered for this iPad. Yes, it was an older iPad, but the recycled components alone would seem to be worth more than $3. However…. Apple offered $0, so this was still… something. I likely made less on this than postage cost to mail it. I guess it is what it is.” READ LESS

“Packaging to mail device back was minimal. I added more bubble wrap and a box. I was told my device was received with a cracked screen and I believe if I hadnt challenged it, I would have been ripped off. Very sketchy business operation, but I did get the original quoted payment in a reasonable timeframe. I would hesitate to use USell again and will caution others.” READ LESS
