While seemingly convenient, once I sent my phone off I waited around a week for them to “review” my phone, where they told me it was damaged (it most certainly was not) and that the battery had an incredibly vague issue (that I had never personally experienced). They then sent a new, lowball offer. By that time I had had enough and Just acquiesced. I could’ve gotten more from a major phone provider in-store three weeks earlier.
