Have used the service several times and had fast and great sales.

It was a wonderful experience. The price quoted was the price I received. They got my item quickly. They expected it and they sent the payment by the payment method. I requested very quickly. I will gladly sell to them again.

They definitely give you more money than other companies for your product. My only complaint is that it takes forever for you to receive the prepackaged return envelope to send your phone to them. It never arrived and I had to eventually send it in with my own packaging using a prepaid shipping label that they provided via email.

How can you select and even trust a phone re seller with so many to pick from. I picked uSell from internet comments and randomly and don?t regret my decision but still was weary of sending phones with marginal confidence. Usell offered a very reasonable price and throughout the mailing and communications processes I was emailed frequently with updates. The transaction was smooth, the offer fair, and I received the payment quickly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the packaging uSell sent to me for shipping was problematic. It took a long time to receive the shipping package and it ended up being a very think bubble envelope that absolutely would not have provided sufficient protection for the phone (so I ended up using my own box and packaging it myself to ensure the phone was not damaged). I would recommend using your own box rather than requesting packaging from uSell. Other than that, I would give 5 stars -- everything else went smoothly!

Fair price for my old phone

When my mother passed away, I researched how to sell her phone and came across uSell in reputable articles. They made it fool-proof and kept me informed every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple and quick the entire process was.

Another buyer made up a bunch of stuff about the phone and offered me much less. These guys were honest and quick.

Although i chose to use a larger shipping bag that i had on hand i still could use the free shipping label. And i was very quickly paid thru paypal.
