“Was unsure about service at first. Went on website all the steps were hassle free! They paid me what they offered the first time, I thought once they'd get the device that they would lower the deal, but not at all! They sent prepaid shipping package, I sold an iPhone 5 that Apple Store had said it was completely "done" and could not be restored, would not even turn on anymore. Very satisfied with this service.” READ LESS

“Your website doesn't describe the condition that the phone needs to be in perfect condition without any flaws. My phone apparently had lines going across the screen so my offer went from $60 to $12. That's pretty insulting considering there is nothing majorly wrong with the phone and the lines were not there when I sent my phone. My indication was correct when I sent the phone in and the only explanation for the damage is the flimsy bag that was sent to me. Thank you for returning my phone to me damaged and I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they upgrade their delivery method & find a way to believe their potential customers on the condition of the phone before mailing. Cause we all know if I would of emailed about the condition of the phone after you received it there would of been a descrepensy and claims it wasn't your fault. ” READ LESS
