“You promised over $80 and asked me to turn "find my iPhone" off when I sent an email back saying I did. Not only did I do that, but I said it was damaged to the point where I already couldn't turn it off from the phone itself. Also, why take away $60 just for turning off when we all know it does not actually take that long to do so? I would not recommend this to anyone else unless you're actually fair about this situation. ” READ LESS

“I sent in a phone in great condition. The first problem I had was the VERY flimsy package material which seemed very inadequate. Then, when you got my phone you changed the offer saying the phone was damaged. You did offer a lower rate but I didn't feel that that was true about the phone. It had no issues when it left my house. I asked to have it returned in stead of taking your new offer. I found nothing wrong with the phone when I got it back and so used Gazelle to resell it. They offered and gave me $100. ” READ LESS

“I received the bag and padded envelope right away to mail the broken phone in. I made sure to read all the instructions on website, of what to do prior to the envelope, so I was prepared to send in right away. Within 14 days, I had a check for the exact dollar amount that I had been quoted. Also, I received emails all along the way. When they mailed bag to me. When they received the phone. When it was at a processor and when my check was mailed. Super easy process. Thank you for making it not so painful that my son dropped his brand new phone in the lake. Receiving a check back helped pay for a new phone. ” READ LESS
