“This was a terrible experience. I got a quote for my Iphone 5c for $98.01. Agreed to send my phone. Took almost 2 weeks to receive the packaging to ship the phone back to Usell. They received my phone 2 days later but didn't get back to me for an additional 3 days. Then said that something was wrong with the screen on my phone, but there is nothing wrong with it (have since taken it to Apple who agrees the phone is in perfect condition). They then offered my $63 instead of the original amount. I refused the new order and had them send the phone back to me. When I got it back it was missing the glass screen and back protector that I sent it in with. Also was missing the SIM card. Along with this it had some sort of glue smeared all over the screen that took hours to clean off. I will never do business with this company again!!!” READ LESS
