Despite the fact that I mailed out a perfectly good phone in excellent condition I took the hit financially. Would not recommend. If you still want to do business with uSell I suggest you pay out of pocket to make sure your phone is adequately protected during shipment.” READ LESS

“Horrible experience. After they had my phone for several weeks, I received payment for half of what was initially offered. When I contacted them, they said they had been trying to reach me for a week (I'd been traveling out of the country) so they just sent me a revised offer because there was some problem with ESN?? I told them that was crazy, my phone was paid in full and there should be no issues, so they needed to either pay me the remaining funds or send me the phone back. They told me the transaction was final and I couldn't get anything back. I have no recourse as they already have the phone. Would NOT recommend to anyone. I could have sold this phone for over twice what I received, it was practically brand new.” READ LESS

“uSell gave me a better offer on my iPhone than the Sprint store or Gazelle would give me account credit/cash for. If as many people used Sprint as do Verizon or AT&T, the monetary offer would probably increase as a result, but for the satisfaction of offloading a piece of equipment with a trade-off that could pay a bill or buy groceries with, uSell is more than worth it. Not paying for shipping and not having to provide your own package for transportation is a big plus. ” READ LESS
