The phone was 100% operational and without damage. There was never any question as to the condition of the battery in the application process. However, these email were sent to me while I was out of the country on vacation; thus, I had no access to my email due to the high international roaming rates. Although, I missed the deadline that I was given, since no payment was issued (via PayPal), I turned off "Find My iPhone" as soon as I was able to. I also immediately sent them an email explaining the situation. I never received a response back from them addressing the issue. Than a few days later I received the decreased payment for not turning off "Find My iPhone" by there deadline.
