It was always secure and safe in my purse. I knew my phone was worth something despite what my carrier was telling me. Sure enough uSell offered me a fair amount and within a week or so I had the funds in my paypal account which I used to apply to the new phone I bought. I spoke on the phone with a gentleman, they sent ME the packing envelope, I enclosed my ipad, took it to the post office,and they gave me a routing slip. About a week later I received an email that it had been received and was as I had represented it. Another week later, I had a check deposited in Pay Pal.
