“Usell lied about the condition of my phone and said the camera didn't work and tried to offer me $50 less for it, I declined and when they mailed it back (which took a very long time) the camera worked perfectly fine and I sold it to another company. Very shady way to do business and much slower than advertised. It has been 3 weeks since they received a second phone I sent them at the same time and I still have not been paid. I will never do business with them and discourage others from wasting time with s company that will take advantage of you given the opportunity.” READ LESS
