“This was so easy! I followed guidelines for assessing the condition of my ipad and agreed to the price that uSell was offering. They sent me the packing material I needed. Within days I had confirmation that my ipad had been received and they agreed to my assessment (they actually paid me about $1.50 more then originally proposed). The money was deposited in my paypal account - so easy.” READ LESS

“Sent in a phone with nothing broken on it, and got a very vague and shady "screen moves when pressed" during the phone check and immediately knocked down the price $60.00. "Screen moves when pressed" doesn't make any sense. You just wanted to find a way to knock the price down once you got the phone. Bad business, uSell. I'll be letting my friends know not to go with this company.” READ LESS

“After mailing a phone in Good, not Flawless, condition, I received an e-mail indicating that the phone was damaged, at which point uSell reduced the offered payment by roughly half. “Sent in my BlackBerry Classic that was in "MINT" condition and flawless. I still even have the original packaging and box that I purchased the device with, but was unable to send in the phone and box due to the packaging uSell provided. When I shipped the device in, again it was in mint working condition, and had a full charge and recently wiped and booted without issues. After shipping the phone in, received notice that it is in "Damaged" condition and significantly lower quote from $99.60 to $17. It was hard enough to part with this phone at $99, considering I just bought it in Sept 2015 for $350, but no one would offer anything near $99 for it. When I received my device, it no longer boots and displays an Operating System based error, which means it is essentially "bricked" and no longer working. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service, and now have to find 3rd party unsupported tools and software to determine if the device can even be salvaged and get back to a working state. I see this as a poorly executed scam to lower the value of goods, so you and your company can make more money on trades and resell devices. I will be sure to report this to the Better Business Bureau and any other outlet that protects consumers, to ensure services such as this are held responsible for duping people and scamming them out of money” READ LESS
