“I initially sold my device to uSell for a price of ~$88 when I did the check out process. After a few weeks of not receiving my package I contacted customer service since my offer was set to expire after 30 days. I was given a link to the shipping label and had to get my own shipping container to ship my phone. It should have arrived right at the end of my 30 day period, but maybe it arrived shortly thereafter. In either case, upon receipt I received an email saying my "new offer" was only for $40.50 (less than half the original offer despite no change in the condition of my device). Sure, I could have had them send me back my device to sell elsewhere, but quite frankly I don't care enough for the hassle for the $50 difference. What I do care about is the "bait and switch" tactic employed by uSell, so I will not be using their service for anything in the future and would highly recommend looking elsewhere to anyone looking to sell their old device. Too bad this feedback will not be seen by the public and likely ignored by uSell's customer service personnel. ” READ LESS
