“My phone was in near-perfect condition. I think uSell enticed me with a decent offer knowing they would change the offer once they got the phone. I'm sure plenty of people figure it's easier just to take their pathetic offer once they already have the phone, but I didn't fall for that. I believe they tried to scam me.” READ LESS

“I requested a shipping package and it never came. So after the 2nd email they sent me a pre paid label. I purchased a package to send it in and sent it to the company. They emailed me to let me know they would only give me $10 for the phone instead of over $61.88 because the phone has an image burnt in screen. Maybe if I didn't wait for the initial shipping package for almost a month I wouldn't be so frustrated. They mailed phone back to me and that was it. ” READ LESS
