“uSell originally offered me ~$51.00 for my iPhone 5C 16gb -- which was slightly better than what related companies offered (i.e., Gazelle). The process to send the phone in was painless. However, after a week or so I received a greatly reduced offer of ~$9.00 for the phone due to their evaluation. They stated the damage/wear to the phone would makes the phone NOT considered "fair" condition. The phone was certainly not in perfect shape, but it was also NOT cracked -- in the end, the final offer they gave me was lower than what AT&T would offer (which is saying alot) and lower than what just simply scrapping the phone would get. I was disappointed in wasting that much time. ” READ LESS

“I would definitely recommend uSell to anyone. They make the whole process effortless. They keep you informed regarding the status of your transaction and the check was in the mail. I have dealt with other companies and the service didn't compare to uSell. They gave me quotes on phones that were practically new and flawless, and then they found ways to downgrade the condition and offered me half of the original quote. It was a scam and I would never use there service again. I always get the best service from uSell. ” READ LESS

“Two return packs were sent to my home. I used one of them, but kept getting e-mails about the other pack expiring. You should look to synchronize duplicate packs for the same customer on your back-end system, so that your customers aren't spammed unnecessarily.
