“Sent in 2 iPhone 5s with a description of GOOD. Buyer claims the description was not accurate due to the batteries and therefore was not "fully functional" which was the reason for a 20% reduction in the offer price. Apparently, the buyer defines "fully functional" as "...meaning the phones were operating as they should from the factory." If the phones were like from the factory, than I would have used the FLAWLESS description. I believe this was deceptive and a waste of my time. FYI - I requested the phones to be returned and did not find any problems with the batteries holding a charge and lasting most of the day with normal usage. Also annoyed that one of the phones did not have its SIM card because it is considered an accessory and was removed.” READ LESS
