“I am so very frustrated with this sell. I mailed in my phone in late October. The phone was wiped clean, and I ensured iCloud and the Activation lock was deactivated. Almost a month later, I get a message saying that the Activation Lock was on. I made sure to turn it off when I wiped the phone clean to mail in, but I proceeded to turn it off on the rest of my devices anyway, in case that had anything to do with it. Weeks after that, they concluded that the Activation Lock was still on, so they reduced my offer from $100 to $23. I asked for my device to be returned, and when I received it, there was a significant mark on the side that was certainly not there when I mailed it in. I've successfully used this service before, but I cannot believe the handling of my device and the poor customer service this time. Very disappointed and will rethink using uSell in the future.” READ LESS

“The transaction occurred exactly as promised. The shipping envelope arrived in a few days, and a few days after that I was notified that they had received the phone, and then a few days later, I was notified they had approved the original offer price. My check arrived in the mail about a week later. Very smooth and easy (although it took a little over 2 weeks from start to finish, that was fine since they kept me updated on the progress.) I would definitely recommend uSell to others.” READ LESS

“I tried to sell my iPhone 5S, which was in very good condition. I received a note saying it was damaged (it was not) and given a much lower offer. When I asked for the phone to be returned, I received the WRONG phone in the mail. I am still waiting for your customer service to find my phone and to fix the situation. Furthermore, the phone I received is not even in good condition so I probably cannot sell it for very much money if mine is not returned properly. ” READ LESS
