“Although I was thrilled with usell and the quoted price I received, the emails following regarding turning off find my iPhone were clear enough however I was unable to remotely turn it off. It was not until I was directly in contact with someone that they told me that there was another way to turn it off but I either had to accept the revised $20 quote (an 80%+ markdown from my previous quote) or have it returned. On top of this, they mentioned that there was "other damage" affecting my price quote but no one was able to tell me what it was even though it was a relatively new phone and only had water damage and thus wouldn't turn on (which was one of the listed reasonable damages for the $112 price quote). When I contacted someone they told me that they had a different phone for me (a 16GB iPhone 5S when mine was a 64GB iPhone 6). Frustrated, I asked for my phone to be returned and hope to find another vendor who will stand by the quote I received. I was very excited about uSell and was impressed by the simplicity but ended up being disappointed by the lack of information, communication, and price adjustment when i followed the instructions received. ” READ LESS
