“A bit slow transaction, but it's understood the process can be long. Otherwise a great transaction. This is the second iPhone 6 I've sold (two of my sons have broken their phones) and selling on Usell has allowed them to then buy a cheaper phone and continue to use their cell service ” READ LESS
“I sold a broken phone and after I had spent the time to ship to the buyer, the buyer changed their mind on what they wanted to pay. They knew the phone was damaged when they decided to purchase it from me. I think that bait and switch for this kind of thing should not be allowed. The buyer agreed to buy the damaged phone, they got it and was not working and decided to sent a low ball (1/3rd damaged price) which I feel they did knowing that the seller was unlikely to want to wait any longer. After having my phone gone for severals and faced with starting the process over, I accepted the low ball offer just to be done with the process. My main point is this kind of buyer is taking advantage of sellers and shouldn't be allowed to changed the price once they receive it. They should not have said they wanted a damaged phone if that is not what they really were willing to pay for. My phone met the criteria of Usell and the buyer should comply with their agreement to buy and not be allowed to change the price unless (for example) phone was not as stated. In other words if I sell a phone I say is excellent and it comes with a slight crack, he should then be able to offer me the "damaged" price. However if they say they want damaged and I give them damaged they shouldn't be able to change the bid after I as the seller spent weeks getting the phone to them. ... READ MORE
