“I sent my phone in in what I felt was good condition. A few issues, but nothing too terrible. I got an email from uSell saying that it was damaged. This shocked me of course. I emailed back asking if I could see how the phone looked, as it didn't look damaged when I sent it in. My thinking was perhaps it was damaged in the mail, during the trip. I never got a response back from the company, and I ended settling for the $5 I was counter offered, mostly because I wasn't interested in taking back a damaged phone, so they say. I'm glad I still got money out of it, but their communication and assessment process is flawed.” READ LESS
