“I sent in my Samsung Galaxy S3 in perfectly good condition after getting an offer of $53. After U-Sell received the phone, I received an email that my phone could not be unlocked. I called my carrier who sent me the access code which I promptly forwarded to U-Sell. Then I heard from on them that my phone couldn't be unlocked because either the phone had been reported lost or stolen or there was an unpaid balance in the account. Neither of these issues apply and my carrier sent U-Sell an email to that effect. After all of that, they tell me that the phone is damaged with a burn spot on the screen and a cracked camera lens. The phone's screen was perfect when I sent it in and I had taken pictures the week before and no crack visible. I am completely convinced that this is a scam. And yes I did contact customer service who said that the burn spot was imperceptible when looking at the screen but made mention of the cracked camera lens. I had the phone sent back to me. ” READ LESS

“I was thrilled to be able to retrieve any money from this phone! Number one, the screen was shattered, and number 2, I was unable to unlock the phone with my service provider. When it disappeared for two weeks, I reported it stolen. Once a phone is reported stolen, it's nearly impossible to have it unlocked. (Yeah, not experienced with selling phones) Also, gazelle.com only offered $5 compared to Usell.com's $11.” READ LESS
