Either they lie to reduce offer after going through process, or the system in place to ship back ( small unpacked envelope that is too small to add your own padding for safety in mailing) should be updated. After shipping in, I didn't want to go through hassle and expense to ask for it returned so I settled for the adjusted offer. Best to just sell on your own through eBay. ” READ LESS
