“The process was great, getting the quote and receiving the envelope and sending it back in and receiving a check all were easy and a timely manner. The only qualm I have is the price. Granted it's an older phone and wasn't 100% functional but it was just the sleep button that didn't work. Otherwise the phone still worked exceptionally well and was given the status of "damaged" and I was given under 30 bucks for it. Granted it was more than I had for it sitting in a drawer but....it was the only old phone of 5 I had (a 3GS and 3 blackberries as well) that your company would even accept ” READ LESS

“I sent a phone with no cracks that works perfectly, and a week and a half later received an email saying the back of the phone was cracked. If my phone in fact was cracked (I never received photo evidence) your company needs to figure out a safe shipping method. I imagine I'm not the first to have this happen, and that can be a lot of lost revenue. Or the other thing that happened was that Usell just swindled me. Either way, I could have sold it to someone local and gotten more money. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.” READ LESS
