“I was quoted 65 dollars. The phone was in perfect condition yet no reason was given for the drop in offer. When I called I was told there was a hardware problem with the phone. This is NOT true. The camera was functioning perfectly the day before it was sent in. If damaged it was done during shipping and should not be my issue. If I don't get the extra 25 I was quoted I will NEVER use your service again and will post my experience on every web site. I accepted the offer as I did not want a phone damaged during transport being sent back with more possible damage. I guess I will go back to Gazelle if not resolved” READ LESS
