I listed that the iphone 5c was in functional condition, Usell marked it off as "Damaged"..But "damaged condition" only states that if the phone is not fully functional and doesn't cut on, it's damaged..well, my product turned on and off functionally. The shipping process was utmost herendous, It took days for my product to even get to the facility. Also, Usell tried their hand & attempted to rip me off for my product by rewarding me $0.04 for a WORKING device; fully functionally. Never again will I choose Usell..I'm sticking to Gazelle. Usell has poor professionalism.” READ LESS
