We were given instructions on how to do that via the Internet. We followed the instructions, but we kept receiving notifications asking us to perform the same task over and over again. Because the phone would not power up we could not perform this task on the phone. Because uSell told us that the task had not been completed, which by the way, it was, our quote went from 149 to 37.
