I couldn't find any loose glass. I'm sure they were bummed I didn't take the lowered price, but they most likely count on most people just saying ok.” READ LESS

“I'm a little disappointed that they quoted my phone for $50 and ended up only offering $30. My phone wasn't in perfect condition but it was pretty good and the difference in the quote and offer is pretty big. However, it's still about the average if not slightly higher than other companies. They also did not explain the reason for the difference.” READ LESS

“Upon inspection usell said there was glue under the screen, I assume they were insinuating that the screen was cracked and replaced. I also assume this is common practice for usell: Have customer go through process of sending the phone to them, they undercut the ustimated re-imbursment (due to "flaws") in hopes the customer will just go along with it instead of getting it returned and having to deal with another company. ” READ LESS

“I got an email that my phone was locked, even though I did all the steps to unlock it before I sent it. When I then declined the revised offer and my phone was returned, it was locked with some @yahoo.com email. I do not have an yahoo email address so I had to go to the Apple Store and waste my time to get them to unlock the phone so I could sell it to somebody else. I know you need to test the phone, but make sure your employees are not locking them to their email accounts. Thank you.” READ LESS

“To me the description of what was considered damaged on the website was different than what was ultimately described to me when my phone was downgraded upon receipt.
