Item in fact was in excellent condition. Told you guys to ship it back, sure enough it arrives in still excellent condition. No screen issues present. Sent to a competitor and they evaluated/tested as good/excellent condition and gave full value. Very poor experience with uSell, never again” READ LESS

“I had my boyfriend do this for me and he looked at the phone and it said it was a 16 GB and after I sent my phone they tried telling me it was a 8gb and couldn't verify or show proof to me so I have no idea if they are trying to rip me off or not. Also I called my phone company to make sure the esn number was good and they said it was all good but then I got an email saying that it still had a bad esn number on it so they were dropping the price to $15.03 and I couldnt not accept that offer and I never heard back from someone when I emailed them asking to just send the phone back so I had to just accept the offer if I wanted any more for it at all. If I am selling any phones in the future I will be doing it myself because you basically have to keep checking your email to confirm anything, they never call you which would be a whole lot easier for people who don't check their emails every day. I am not impressed with this company. I feel I was ripped off for my phone. ” READ LESS
