“I sent in an undamaged phone that worked perfectly. It had no scratches or dings and the screen was in perfect condition. However, I was told that the screen was dim, and that was the only factor in changing my estimate of $85 to your offer of $28 which is completely absurd. Unless that's how you people make money by taking phones and then saying they are "damaged" and since it is no longer in my control, I end up just having to go with it. Great job on that one...maybe you should have just turned the dimmer up on the screen, did you think of that..?” READ LESS

“Got quoted $70 for my HTC M8 only to have them return it to me after a revised offer of $9 for the TINIEST white spot on the display which I'm not even sure if it was there when I sent it in. Needless to say I went to my local mall and used the ecoATM. They gave me $35 for it and I met in the middle and accepted their offer. Cash on the spot.” READ LESS
