Instead, I waited over a month after my phone was received to have a check sent; and only after I had reached out to the help desk - twice! Then once my check came, I deposited it and went on my way. About a week later, I received an email that the check would be returned due to 'unauthorized charges on the account'. Because of that, my bank returned the deposit and also hit me with a fee. While I was able to get the fee reversed by my bank, I shouldn't have to do that and it was another 20 minutes of my life wasted trying to rectify the issues caused.” READ LESS
