“Evidently, the screeners of these phones have to do something to justify their services. I sent in a phone in excellent condition and they claimed it was damaged due to "screen burn". They even sent back some screen shots to prove their claim. Unfortunately, their screen shots showed no damage because there was none. They know that most people are not going to take the time to prove them wrong for the $14 difference in offers for a damaged vs. good phone. I will not do business with them again!” READ LESS
