“Happy to report a very different experience now. I have had several phone conversations with James, and he has been GREAT. I found the SIM card (it had been removed and was in the packaging -- so small I missed it). After talking with James, and him very patiently walking me through a reset of the phone, I decided to send it back to him. Neither of us can explain the glitch with the screen the first time he received it. It is a replacement screen (from about three months ago) but had been working fine when I sent it (and working fine when I got it back from them). James is evaluating the phone again, but I am confident we'll arrive at a fair and satisfactory conclusion. Again, he has been very responsive, patient and helpful through this whole process! ************** I sent a phone in working order without a mark on it, and received an email back (after they received it) stating, "You indicated that the condition of your device was Flawless but you actually sent the device in Damaged condition. Your buyer also noted that: Phone is totally dead. It won't respond in any way, even after an overnight charge with a known-good charger." They changed the offer from $180 to $13. I declined and had them send the phone back. When I received the phone, I plugged it in and it powered (and charged) right up. However, the SIM card had been removed. So, nothing wrong with the phone AND it appears they removed and kept the SIM card. I am playing "phone tag" with them at the moment, and in fairness, they have attempted (twice) to reach me back. However, if I was a more paranoid person, I would think I was getting scammed! I will be happy to update this review IF they can satisfactorily address why they characterized the phone as "dead" when it clearly isn't, and why they removed and kept the SIM card. ” READ LESS
