“I have absolutely no complaints about uSell on the purchase of this phone. They have me a quote, they bought the phone, and they honored the quote. It was very easy. I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because I sold 2 phones at the same time and learned that ,although the quotes come from uSell, the phone may actually be bought by a different company. This phone was bought by uSell - no problem. The other phone ended up being bought by MyTeCell - and they knocked about $25 off the price of what I still believe to be a flawless phone. They claimed there were dents on the phone and downgraded its condition to "good" to justify a lower price under the uSell pricing schedule. Reading the reviews on MyTeCell, I found that this practice is apparently fairly common by MyTeCell. So, if you are lucky enough for uSell to actually buy your phone, you're fine. But, you can't be sure that it won't be purchased by another company which may decide it doesn't want to honor the uSell quote.” READ LESS
