“I sent a perfectly good phone that apparently wasn't up to their standards. Everything worked, there was no burned image, and no water damage. They gave some pathetic revised offer and I declined. There was some everyday wear and tear, but apparently you give a high quote for people to send in their used phones, and then you find some ridiculous "damage", give a pathetic revised offer hoping they would accept it to not go through the hassle, and you make out like a king. Sorry, but I refuse to be played. ” READ LESS
